Why do I need to sign up as a Zwirli-Shopper?

Our top priority is to create a safe, ad-free networking community that Facilitates Direct Transactions without Third Party Sales and Shipping Fees or Communication Interference.

By requiring you to sign up, we are decreasing the number of bots, scammers, and AI on Zwirli.

All Zwirli Profile Members are verified before their profiles are published.

Why does Zwirli charge Shoppers to access the website?

To make sure that all members of the Zwirli community are real (i.e., not bots, scammers, or AI), our membership process for Shoppers and Zwirli Profile Members includes a membership fee.

Each Zwirli Profile Member will provide a Zwirli Special or Discount that will more than offset the Shopper’s registration fee of $18/year for Founding Shoppers.

How do I refer someone who is interested in becoming a Zwirli- Shopper?

How Do I Purchase from Zwirli Profile Members?

Zwirli connects buyers and sellers directly through our networking community.

You review Zwirli Members’ Profiles to discover products, stores, and events that you are interested in. See Sample Profile.

On each profile you will find a description of their products, services, and events as well as a section with how to contact them directly to ask questions, make purchases, and resolve issues.

Zwirli IS NOT, AND WILL NEVER BE, a third-party sales platform!

How do I refer someone who is interested in selling on Zwirli.com?

When they sign up, make sure they put your name and email address in the How Did You Hear About Us section.

For every Zwirli Full-Page Profile Member who registers under your name, you will be entered into our quarterly Zwirli shopping gift certificate awards program.

Zwirli is a network community, but not a sales platform.

What do I do if I am harassed or have a complaint about a Zwirli Profile Member?

Our top priority is to create a safe online networking community.

If you have experienced any scams, inappropriate soliciting, harassing, threatening emails, phone calls, contact, or sharing of protected passwords, please contact us immediately by using our contact form.

Where Are Zwirli Profile Members Located?

Currently, we are an US-based Online Networking Community.

All businesses must be located and based in the United States.

All products must be shipped to customers from the United States, including imported products.

What If I Want to Cancel My SHOP-Zwirli Membership?

You may cancel your membership at any time by logging into your SHOP~Zwirli Account (upper right corner of home page).

  • Since you pay annually, you will have access to your SHOP~Zwirli account until your anniversary date.

  • We do not provide prorated refunds.

How Do I Make Changes to My SHOP~Zwirli Account?

We are happy to help you make changes to your SHOP~Zwirli Account.

  • A new email address

  • A new credit card

  • A new phone number

How Do I Contact a Zwirli Team Member If I Have Questions?

  • Zwirli prohibits any scams, inappropriate soliciting, harassing, threatening emails, phone calls, contact, or sharing of protected passwords. Zwirli has an in house cyber-security team that responds to all complaints.

  • No unethical behavior or unethical use of profile or proprietary information will be tolerated.
    Your membership will be suspended immediately with no prorated refund.

  • If you become an annoyance (unsolicited spam emails, texts, or calls, inappropriate or harassing language, unprofessional conduct, etc) to any of our Zwirli Profile Members or the Zwirli Team, you will be banned from Zwirli and any affiliates.

  • If you become aware of any annoyance to yourself, to Zwirli Profile Members, or to Zwirli Shoppers, please use the Contact Form inside the SHOP~Zwirli Member Area to contact us immediately with the details. We will take the necessary actions.
